The new photo competition of the EEA «Climate Change Picture» aims to capture something that surrounds us all: climate change and how we respond to it. Submit your best photos before August 1, 2021 in one of the following four categories:
1. Effects of climate change on nature
How does climate change affect the environment? Can you capture changes in the air, soil, water, or wildlife in an image?
2. Effects of climate change on society
How does climate change influence our way of life? Can you reflect on how it affects our health, lifestyle, built environment, or economy?
3. Social solutions for climate change
From local communities to European-level initiatives, we are reducing greenhouse gas emissions and adapting to climate change. Can you show it through photography?
4. Individual actions against climate change
People are seeking low-carbon lifestyles and taking measures to deal with extreme weather conditions. How is this reflected in your place of residence?
