The Italian Exhibition Group (IEG) will host 120 international events at the Rimini Exhibition Center in Italy from February 28 to March 1, 2024. This includes the parallel event of the G7 on Energy and Environment, which will focus on «Expanding Sustainable Electrification in Africa, for Africa with Africa.» The Energy Transition Expo, the leading European fair on energy transition and efficiency, will take place in Italy at the Rimini Expo Centre during the same dates. Corrado Peraboni, CEO of IEG, expressed his excitement about the upcoming event.
Alessandra Astolfi, global exhibition director at IEG, stated that the second edition of the fair will feature world-class events organized by the Technical-Scientific Committee led by Gianni Silvestrini. The exhibition will also include companies from around the world, with a 15% increase in foreign brands and a 25% increase in international buyers from various regions.
The international event will cover various topics, including the governance of the energy system, strategies for decarbonizing Italy, sustainable electrification in Africa, and addressing the challenges of solar and energy storage in Europe.
